To see hurting and wounded believers healed and restored in their broken relationship with God, family, and neighbour before Jesus' Return; through healing and resolving the personal and spiritual conflicts, issues, and struggles rooted in sinful actions, ungodly choices, and responses that are a cause of their troubles and which rob them of the joy and fruitfulness of a life submitted to God.
Our Mission
To teach, train, equip, resource, and empower believers who are called of God and led by His Spirt, with the needful biblical truths, principles, tools, and skills to minister and pray healing and restoration into broken hearts and troubled lives with a view to setting them free from bondages and returning them to the joy of their relationships and salvation in Christ Jesus.

The Scripture in Isaiah 61:1-9, modelled and patterned for us in our Lord Jesus Christ: in His obedience to His Calling in God, His Mission, His Life, and His Ministry while on earth.

A Brief History Of The Ministry
The ministry was founded by eight friends who were alumni of the Ellel Ministries International School of Evangelism, Healing and Discipleship, UK. They first met between 1993 and 1994 to intercede for the work of Ellel Ministries.
In the course of their monthly prayer support meetings, the founders were convicted by God to start a ministry in Malaysia similar to that of Ellel Ministries.
Nine years later, in 2003, after much prayer and deliberation Raphah Ministries Malaysia was launched under the name Life Rebuilders (M) Sdn. Bhd. with the opening of its Raphah Centre PJ.
Six years later, in January 2009, Raphah Centre Ipoh was opened.
In December 2010, the pioneering founders passed the reins of leadership to the Management Teams of PJ and Ipoh, while at the same time assuming new responsibilities as the Raphah Council, providing spiritual oversight and guidance over the Ministry.
In 2011, Raphah Berhad was incorporated as a successor to Life Rebuilders.
Raphah Berhad is a member of the National Evangelical Christian Fellowship (NECF) of Malaysia.

The 4 Pillars of Raphah Ministries
1. Healing Truths
Without the Healing Bread and Word of God, no lives can be truly healed, rebuilt, restored, and released to wholeness: identity restored and destiny reclaimed. Biblical and Spirit-filled principles and truths undergird all teaching material and presentations used in Raphah's Training Courses, Seminars, and Themed Talks.
2. Prayer Counselling
Lasting healing often involves identifying and understanding a peson's past wounds -- in childhood and teenage years -- that resulted in their brokenness or pain. Resolving the root causes of their heart-wounds with healing and deliverance prayers -- led and empowered by the Holy Spirit -- brings deep cleansing and healing into their broken hearts and lives.
3. Prayer & Intercession
God's work done God's way brings life change and transformation. Ensuring that all programmes and activiites are undergirded by a strong and intense dependence on God through prayer and intercession is a key consideration on our agenda in building and maintaining a robust prayer counselling and healing ministry.
4. Admin & Finance
The success of a ministry is often directly proportional to the strong administrative and financial support provided by associates, helpers, and supporters. As a faith-based ministry, Raphah is served by a small body of paid staff and a larger body of volunteers, donors, and friends who identify with its calling and mission to heal hearts and rebuild lives to the glory of God.
